I guess an artist’s job is done when they can make you feel something. In this instance, it ranged from extreme confusion and motion sickness to awe and amusement. Very good! It was also cool that both Wendy and I had recognised this dude’s works from overseas trips – his Skymirror (which is out the front of the MCA) was in Monte Carlo when I was there last October while Wendy had seen one of his other shiny-ass globe thingies while she was in North America.
And oh hello, look what was parked outside… The Shiok Singapore food truck!
Had a quick popiah… which was a little underwhelming. But I’m not sure if this was just due to popiah being popiah or what. Maybe the other stuff is better?
